  • Kees has led a number of assignments across defence, national security and criminal justice domains, involving systemic approaches to transformation, lean thinking and business enablement through the use of enterprise technologies and front- or back-office shared services.

    Recent projects include support to customers such as NATO, the MoD, several police organisations, and a large service company involving prisons, prisoner escort and custody services. One of these projects involved the review of protective services across the three Yorkshire police forces and Humberside Police, and was recently published in the International Journal of Police Science & Management (Vol12 Nr 2), a copy of the article is available on request.
